As part of our strategic expansion, we are seeking an experienced Professional Barber to help us broaden our clientele, particularly within the Middle Eastern and Arab community.

Position Overview

 

The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled barbering professional with expertise in modern and traditional hairstyling, beard grooming, and shaving techniques. This role requires excellent customer service, precision, and adaptability to meet diverse client preferences.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver precision haircuts, beard trims, and grooming services tailored to clients’ unique preferences.

• Specialize in Middle Eastern and Arab grooming techniques, including beard sculpting, fades, and traditional shaving methods.

• Provide expert consultation on hair and beard care, recommending suitable products and maintenance routines.

• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and professional workstation in compliance with industry standards.

• Stay informed about emerging trends and grooming techniques to offer cutting-edge services.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering customer loyalty and repeat business.

 

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of professional barbering experience in a high-end barbershop or grooming studio.

• Expertise in Middle Eastern or Arab grooming styles is highly desirable.

• Certification from a recognized barbering school (preferred).

• Proficiency in executing detailed fades, beard styling, and precision haircuts.

• Strong communication and customer service skills to create a welcoming and professional environment.

• Multilingual abilities (Arabic, Farsi, Urdu, or others) are an asset but not required.
